Nothing like hot from the oven fresh bread. Amazing that you did it in the solar oven. And a real decent crust you got on it as well. Next you can try the no-knead bread. Here is my version.

You got me in the mood, I use no knead
method. I usually make enough for all
week. Make it the night before and cut out enough for 2 loaves and let it ripen all night & morning ( 18 hrs.),covered at room temp. Put the rest in the frig.Try it sometime...chibatta ..check out chef John food wishes on the tube. He's got a good video on it. If you ever get your hands on some crabs ( in the desert) check out the Singapore chili crabs recipe....
