Chupacabra
Watch out! They like chicken dinners.
Poor smart little coon. He really knows where the good stuff is. I hope those lids are on well because they can use their hands very well. In Michigan a neighbor told me my (wolf) dog was getting in his garbage. He stayed up all night with his gun and found a racoon.
He will be after your chickens
ALIENS
looks familiar...had every coon in the territory over here last month eating my mangoes..they love mangoes more than chickens. They apparently like to dine in boats if possible.I had black footprints alternating with smeared mango
from the bow to the stern.
Never a perfect crime!
Time to build a coon trap, that should give you something to do for a few days. Then you can "give" them to all your "friends". I have found that with coons and tree rats the best delivery time is about midnight with a full moon and no headlights.
Heard this scratching in my attic one night. Went up the next day to discover a coon had a litter and was going to raise them in my attic. Thanks to the web I discovered by turning the attic light on and putting some talk radio on it chased the mamma and babies away. I guess she didn't like listening to Rush Limbaugh.
