Is there a "move-in" date?
This is a vacation getaway for my client...not a full time residence.
I hope your client will enjoy it. It is a nice little place. Give it to me. :-) (joking)
That could be either a very safe place or a very dangerous place. I know you are fully armed and able. But myself, I do not use guns like all my neighbors here. I had big dogs but my ideas were probably all in my head.
Yes, you called me the “crazy dog lady” because every time I opened a car door there was a dog behind it (my lovely friends and caretakers).
(Some of my neighbors said my dogs barked so loudly sometimes. I thought they exaggerated. But recently I had my ears checked and the doctor just looked at me for a long time and asked me how I had been managing because I waited too long. So I take very good care of my wonderful hearing aids which no one can see normally).
(Well, anyway, my uncle, a surgeon, took me out to shoot once. And I shot about every gun with the Sheriffs here at their range and they said I am a good shot. But I am fine without one and in one place I have, I could not have one. :-)
I saw the friendliest Crow yesterday with yellow eyes hopping around me at Sam’s Club. I gave him a piece of Churro and he ran away with it. Really I thought water would have been good (100-96 degrees).
