Fried Green Tomatoes or chow-chow?
Not interested in either of those choices - too much work and very little nutritional value.
So what are you going to do with them? My guess is the javelinas would love them.
I would just chop and skillet-saute with other veggies - then serve over rice with a dash of soy.
