Keep in mind that this is an inexpensive wifi repeater so while the range in impressive, the speed is just so-so. Out at the edge I still have good signal strength - but that far away, I am only getting up and download speeds comparable to my old DSL line from Big Bend Telephone. I am using the 2.4 GHz band of this dual-band device (that's what the Wyze Cameras use) which has further range but much slower speed (less bandwidth) than 5 GHz.
I have no idea what that means but as long as you understand it...that is all that matters.
