That looks delicious! I have a sun oven, but can't use it very often because of the wind.
Nice and healthy. Good for energy.
Looks like some spices on the top.
I moved out there in 92. Sometimes I wish I had stayed. I guess I had found what I was looking for. Sometimes it feels like I've lost it again. I usually find it under all the layers of bs. I'm heading out to big bend next month to shed some layers.
