do you have a dishwashing process/kit/system?
we use a 3 bucket system when we are river camping...

So I guess these must be scrub jays then? ;-)
Are we looking at a volunteer assistance team, or a group of opportunist dishwashers?
No, those birds are not interested in washing dishes - but looking for water and something to eat! The surrounding land is mostly barren desert. But the Field Lab is an oasis for all wildlife - with a great abundance of catchment water. Water is the GOLD STANDARD in the Chihuhuan Desert!
