I just thought of something ... you don't have to shovel snow, rake leaves or mow the grass. Doesn't seem fair. :)
John has lots of grass eating animals living at the Field Lab - which keeps his grass nicely clipped. Earlier this year, Don & I made a special trip to one of our Terlingua cabins - just to mow the grass. This was necessary - to minimize the risk of grass fires burning down our cabin. The great thing about Terlingua Ranch grass mowing - is you seldom have to mow - because of the normal low rainfall.
With all your storage, do you ever run out of water? Also, what sort of filtration do you use for drinking water?
