Amazon drones?
Got my new laptop yesterday...and some extras today. Before I even got the computer, I ordered some bits to beef it up. 8 gigs of extra RAM and a 500 gig SSD drive. I wouldn't have even considered the upgrades...but I came across this video that made it look so smart and simple. Also added this laptop cooling pad since heat is what killed the laptop I originally came out here with. Have yet to open a single package since I had a lot of desktop cleaning to do today to make room for the new gear. Set up this photo of UPS Manny when he came out today to illustrate the remote possibility of Amazon drone deliveries in the future. 67,78,39.0,C

Cool. Love the Pic of Manny.
you may not be close enough to a fulfillment center for air delivery, but a robot
may drive Manny's truck to your place autonomously - with Manny along for the ride
to handle the humanoid interaction that gives non-replication delivery that old-time, fuzzy feel…
the future is coming hard and there is going to be some displacement & ass kicking…
just ask an ex K-Mart employee or feel that pang of disappointment leaving Sears without
that new Craftsman tool… adopt & adapt or be decommissioned. Chupa abides…

Manny is a good sport to go along with your photog antics all these years.
remmij ... My dog would love to get a drone delivery. :-)
Self driving vehicles and drones, sounds like some lawyer's dreams come true.
❍I believe the PA "lawyer eraser drone, codenamed 'LIAR'" is still under wraps & being tested in west TX., secret location? Jeff Bezos tries to consider most contingencies…
❍Van Horn TX, We do our engine and flight testing at our range in West Texas (two hours east of El Paso) at the world's only privately owned and operated launch site.
❍Blue Origin
I did the same mods and love it, boot time went down to 17 seconds on my $300 ASUS laptop. you won't have any heat in your laptop after you swap out the disk drive for SSD.
you might consider getting a cheap case something like this one I used and put your removed disk drive in it for a backup drive, then copy everything over to it.

I did the install today just like the video and it was flawless. Took all of 10 minutes. The 1 terabyte disk drive stays in but only for file storage. Programs run off the SSD drive now.
Chicken photo bomb - nice
