Sanding and conditioning the butcher block top of a kitchen cart I bought from Ikea 15 years ago that has been tucked away in one of my shipping containers since I moved to the desert. Using a random orbital sander, I started with 120 sandpaper first - then 240 grit. I finished the process with 4 coats of Howard BBC012 Butcher Block Conditioner (exceeds US FDA regulations for direct and indirect contact with food). I'm going to use this for dough prep. Did you run the sander off of your solar inverter or generator?
Ran the sander off the generator.

That's a gonna make a nice pizza pie.
Beautiful.
No dust mask?
You'll breath more dust from normal winds in the desert than from that amount of sanding. 20 year woodworker here.
