New watch stem from Bulgaria is a perfect match - although it will have to get cut down to fit the case.  I broke the stem on this Russian watch when I first began working on it over 2 months ago.  Now waiting on 6 identical parts movements that I got for 24 bucks including shipping from the Ukraine.  Need to replace a lost clutch wheel on this movement.  Servicing (and getting parts for) old watches takes a lot of patience. 92,102,78,0,C
