Yep LD, you are correct 100% one of the only birds that I kill outright. They are nest robbers!! One year here at home they tormented my Mockingbirds so bad they left. I saw them robbing nest and harassing the good birds to the point they left.
Taking my Trusty BB rifle I wiped them out!!

I have friends around Ft Stockton who shoot roadrunners as they eat quail eggs...DurtyByrds just doing what their susposed to.
