I've been meaning to ask -- I don't see any or much mortar between the bricks. Are they drystacked & rebar, or...?
In any case, many thanks for all your posts. I've really been enjoying it!

You need to talk to the night crew foreman. They don't seem to be getting much done.
I know what you mean about reminding yourself about working. If you don't do it it is never going to get done. I have to remind me to get off my ass and do what needs to be done.
A project that size takes time
Well 5 hours a day working for yourself sounds like heaven to me. I walk into a caverness building with no windows and put in my 8 or 10 for the corporation where my boss can't even pronounce my name. There is a band I like called SNOG and they have a song I identify with named " Slave to the Corporation".
1 more year..I CAN DO IT!
That's a lot of work, John, and some good looking work too. I see you still have that borrowed scaffold. Guess you still have some "second story" work left to do. Looking forward to seeing that roofing material goin up.
Best of luck with all.
Nice work, thought I would put my 2 cents worth in. :o)
