Bronx Cowboy

Return visit this morning from my buddy Robert from the Bronx  - his first trip out to TFL was May 12th.  He got the updated tour and the chance to meet Dick Cain and his son Breeze who rode up on horseback for a roundup visit.  Packed up the truck and headed east.  Welded all afternoon on Aunt Kathy's screen room.  Dinner at the Starlight Theatre.  44,56,40,0,B

Iconic shot of the easterner- nifty garb and great pose. You should really do THAT one in sepia. Terrific atmospherics outside the theater. You're sure that's a restaurant? (Oh yeah, it says so on the sign).
And in other news...

Just a question... have you simply left the glass door in its packing, or did you make the frame for it?

He does Cowboy well...
I like the flat rim hat.
Never paid any attention to the door before the question was asked.
I have been distracted and not paying attention (really close attention)... where is the screeened in porch? as in what is it connected to or where on the building is it?

Once you've been out to the Big Bend it will always becon you back. Hope your friend brought some handy skills along for the visit, although i can't imagine you needing much help.

Yes, your friend from back east looks appropriately western. Hope he's having a great visit to west Texas. I see he came bearing gifts.

I really like that screen room you're working on for your friend. Did you help her design it, or is it wholly her design?

Ahhh, the Starlight. I love that place. We need to come out and spend a week just hanging out in "downtown" Terlingua!
