I always thought you were a NSA agent sent to monitor the locals out there in West Texas. Now I am sure of it:o)
That is great:)
I always figured you....but CARL??????? Are you kiddin me???? I took him for a REAL CHICKEN!
Just curious what a furlough day would look like for you and Carl? Pretty much get up and hang out in the desert?
There are no non-essential employees where I work. They are all essential or they don't have a job. I don't work for a government agency.
Them creatures in the Lab barnyard think you're sorta essential, I bet.
you were online all day waiting for the ACA website to work.
I am a gubernment mule myself. So I am home enjoying the weather, spent a mornin chainsawing logs into blanks for turning wooden bowls. I will apply for unemployment next week if they dont restart us by then. Since I am with one foot in retirement and one foot in work mode, I am able to have more options than most. The knuckleheads in DC need a few days to save face. After that, its back to non-productive issues for them to break.
John the government is not shut down. They're just taking a political poll on who the public believes to be the bad guys in Washington.
