Have you tried candling them? In a dark room hold them close for just a second or two next to a lamp. Even a flashlight will work. You should see the chicks moving inside the egg.
I forgot to add. Sometimes you can even hear them. If the eggs don't hatch, be careful. They are ripe and will explode.
