teamster in training...

One last cool day on tap - then it's gonna start getting hot. Breakfast at the Grub Shack then played with Benita. Had to run off the new alpha cow out here 3 times...the only one Benita will back off from. Pulled the form off yesterday's pour and it looks good. Filled out the morning by placing an order for some magnetic truck door signage - expanding the brand awareness. Ordered from http://www.vistaprint.com/ where I get my business cards printed.

Did a water run to Terlingua (since it might not rain again till August) to top off my house tank with some fresh/crisp RO water from Study Butte Water Supply. Started assembling the parts for the new swamp cooler...I think I'm gonna need it real soon.

My new close personal friend Louis Cripps ordered a book for me which I received today...this outa help me train Benito just fine....THANKS! 80,99,40,0,C

Good luck to the Teamster. Made me think of the Lindsay catalog. If you have never seen one the catalogs are free and fun reading. They bill themselves as
"technical books for experimenters, inventors, tinkerers,
mad scientists, and "Thomas-Edison-types."

Amazing work, John. Can hardly wait to see the new swamp cooler in action.

Thanks for the link to an interesting site, Frann.

I was just wandering around the web today and came across this on "darkroastedblend.com" and you think your road is bad.

I'm a regular lurker on your blog and wondering if you'd be visit-able in the next week or so - we'll be staying in Alpine for 2 nights and Terlingua for 2 nights... which are you closest to and how do we find you?
