Nice socks. Go Finland!
I always liked those fancy foreign 7's with the lines through the middle.
:)
John, how fortunate you are. Treasure those socks. What a gift. I lived in an old time Finnish and Sweedish community in northern Michigan and used to stay up all night to knit my children mittens and hats and socks and scarves. Knitting was big up there and there is nothing better. Your socks are so pretty.
(Of course I had my new color t.v. to watch which was a treat).
WOW! Lucky you! those are beautiful. Boy, you're gonna have to model those babies for us when you can. Just gorgeous!
Hey, looks like you're gonna need those socks tonight! Just saw the video (on facebook) from Big Bend Holiday Hotel about the snow on 118. Hope you and the critters are warm and safe.
What a wonderful treasure!
I bet you can't wait to get them over your toes. It will take some practice.
What a nice and thoughtful gift!
Those beautiful socks ought to keep your toes toasty warm - when the mercury falls to bottom.
