it all hinges on this...

Searched the Field Lab surplus for extra bits'n'pieces to make the new pulley happen for the B'o'W.  Got it welded up, then an afternoon tea at the GrubShack.  Another couple of hours of fine tuning and the rig is running smoothly now.  It's noisy but the worsh cycle is speedy and the spin cycle is supersonic.  All thanks to Saint Veronica.   Will try a test with dirty clothes in the morning.  76,85,52,0,B

My clothes won't mind noise John, they do like speed and being clean... you should have had them delivered via courier by now... wow am I looking forward to some clean clothes...

Love that home-made belt-tensioner! Ingenious use of a hinge. Did you teflon the inside of the "bearing"? If not, you may want to add a zerk so you can grease it in the future.

how you re-cyclin' the H2o from the B-O-W?
need to have sumpn' set up to water some plalnts or such when you are doin your demo.
