I think John HAS changed his mind about growing anything in this building. It will just be covered storage and guest quarters? Maybe he's gonna build a modest greenhouse for messin' with veggies. Except for bread and chicken, what really does John eat? He hardly ever comments on food or says what he had for breakfast and supper, sans the Grub Shack fare.

No one who writes in to comment has unloaded one bag of cement, moved one panel, or climbed up that ladder one time.

You build what you want.Don't listen to the sidewalk superintendents.

After working hard all day alone why is it hard for people to understand the need for hot food prepared by someone else and human companionship.

Doesn't that just sound like what you might hear a mohave rat say...if they could speak! :)

Keep up the good work John. It's amazing and I find all the comments and opinions quite interesting. Makes a blog a lot more fun than just a bunch of "Nice." or "look good"

However, it is nice and it's looks fantastic and impressive! Brought me out of my lurking status! :) Super cool in pretty much every way I've ever thought of cool! Bel

mohave: I don't see anybody being pushy or supervisory here, just curiosity. If my words came across otherwise, please forgive.

Mohave Rat. Well aren't we special.

No one posting on this site-so far-has anything but good vibes for John Wells and his Field Lab.

Marlene, you voiced your opinion as to everyone's intentions. Maybe your right, maybe not. Either way I am sick to death of people sitting around with a damn chip on their shoulder waiting to jump to someone's defense. My comments were directed toward Mr. Wells. If he had a problem with them he could respond. He is a grown man and doesn't need mommy marlene coming to his defense.

Having gone back and rereading my comment I was very supportive of Mr. Wells building efforts and his life choices. If My comments are going to stir up contention every time I comment I will be glad to leave Mr. Wells, His field lab and his babysitters alone in the future.

I, too, was wondering about the clear panels in the center section. I reckon JW will reveal his intentions in due time. What an awesome project it is, though, whatever the final use will be.
