Night Of The Lepus

morning visitors...afternoon visitors.
managed some work during the hottest part of the day.
picked up some chicken wire from Chuck.
got 2 waterboxxes placed with PV sprouts in their new protected habitats.

DVD in the mail from a friend - might make me think twice about having rabbits running loose.  90,102,61,0,B

You just never know what might happen with rabbits. You could end up with a variant of the jackalope. . .long horn jack rabbits?

Just a thought.

Sounds like time to call for Brother Maynard and get a holy hand grenade.

I never saw "Night of the Lepus, but after a quick scan on "Wikipedia" I think it may just be a candidate for movie night! Especially the part:
"Widely panned by critics for its premise, bad directing, stilted acting, and laughable special effects, the film's biggest failure was considered to be the inability to make the rabbits seem scary."

Inventive and funny, they usually do kinda go together....

Nice corral for the Palo Verde plants. Hope it keeps 'em out.

I love the art work on your copy of the DVD. Thanks for the link to the movie information. Being a Hare, I simply must see this movie! I'm checking Netflix now...

Just might be one of the worst movies ever made, especially when you consider the cast. It is definately one of the funniest horror films I have ever seen. The rabbit attacks looked like the victim was attacked by a furry blanket. I wonder if it was inspired by Willard, which I totally enjoyed, and recommend. Rats are creey, however rabbits are just vegetarian pests, unless you are Jimmy Carter.
