OneHorn

Finally caught a glimpse of the one horned bull today.  Dick thinks he was in a fight and fell and broke off the horn.  Beatrice and Blanche came in for breakfast this morning.  Did more rain prep today.  80% chance of a thunderstorm tomorrow.  Gassed up the creek pump and tested it out.

Added an edition onto my compost bin and started shuffling the pile around.  Carl volunteered himself for supper tonight but lucky for him, I'm not in the mood for chicken.  63,70,59,0,W,0

Now if you could just teach them cows to poop in the compost pile.

As far as Carl is concerned, at least you don't have to keep him frozen till you're ready!

Your Field Lab is doing great!

John, you may have it right homesteading out there in the badlands far from these silly cities.

what a magnificient horn the bull has! i'm so very sorry he lost the other. it must effect his hierarchy in the chain of things (after watching the young bulls play), but he sure is handsome. so happy they don't have to be "put down" for things like that.

That compost looks awful dry, John. Can you (are you) doing anything to add water?

It's disorienting looking at ol' one horn.

Cows for breakfast, chicken for supper. Sounds good to me.
