A little work and that old diner could make a nice addition to your little house.
That could be very old, made of steel in the art deco style of the 30s & 40s. It should appeal to your artistic nature.

Is that where one of those blimp like inflatables that provide the birds eye view of the border docks? When we were down last week we saw installation similar looking with the blimp sitting on the pad.
