I already wasted too many years "sabotaging myself with a normal life".

John have you thought about adding Rusking to your walks? Carrying a 5-10lbs weight in a Backpack? Should help the core tone up for flight.

actually...I was planning on adding dumbbells to the walk since my arms are like noodles.

Well, my life has been sabotaged too, but at least I am relatively safe now and at peace.
