They have been doing that for a number of years.
If you mean they have been growing babies in artificial wombs for a number of years - you are incorrect. Growing a human baby from seed to birth in an external device remains only in the realm of science fiction. If you mean woman have been making selfish lame excuses in the case for abortion for a number of years, you are absolutely correct.
