The Virtual Builder

Have yet to cut any wood or drive any nails - but I have "virtually" assembled this little house 5 times already - making sure all the measurements are right and all the components fit together. Just about done with the final revision. Going to great lengths with this in order for a fast build and perhaps plans for sale in the future.  49,58,39,0,B

…not running the full length porch roof on the one side - or just omitted for drawing clarity/reduced redundancy?
the 18 foot wall would be a trick to stand solo - two pieces? If you have decent material it should be a speedy erection…
fwiw… no doubt you have it all sorted, but this guy had some good framing techniques…

Full length porch omitted from this rendering for clarity. I recently discovered Larry Haun on YouTube and have already watched all his videos. The NY Times reporter that did a piece on TFL wrote about him in 2011. https://www.nytimes.com/2011/10/27/garden/larry-haun-the-carpenters-carpenter.html

Yes, agree Ms.Belinda. Today I learned people 80 and above do not buy homes. Also that they should be in a place where their meals are served. Generalizations.
