I've known about these folks for awhile now and I'm planning on taking one of their cheese making classes next spring. (Ben might end up with some goat buddies next year because I love goat cheese.) Malinda Beeman and Allan McClane have a kickstarter campaign that is just about over to raise funds for an industrial pasteurizer and a milking machine. They are just over a thousand bucks shy of their goal with only 48 hours to go. They make the most excellent cheese I have ever had. If everyone that reads my blog just gives them $1...they will be over the top. The power of one.
