coinage

Got 50 half ounce sterling silver Benita coins ready to go out the door (weather permitting).  To give you an idea of profit margin on this venture - materials and shipping will cost me $700 for this mintage and I haven't really kept track of the labor hours.  Probably could do better working at McDonald's...but not nearly as much fun.  You gotta spend money to make money.  92,101,67,0,B,0

Stayed up to make sure I got one of your coins, as I missed your last castings. Thanks it will be treasured.

Whew, it is just about 5:30 am where I am and i woke up in the night with a start and looked online and saw today was the day. For once my insomnia paid off. Thanks so much! Can't wait to share as a gift my beautiful Benita (is that redundant?) coin.

Maybe you ought to keep the next minting for yourself...reserves for the Reserve Bank of Terlingua..
when Bernanke gets done with his fiat ponzi schemes the dollar will be as useful as the toilet paper with the constitution printed on it they use inside the beltway..
I ventured into the commodities market lately...while the so called smart money is into gold and silver...I prefer lead...and you don't have to worry where to store it...it protects itself..know what I mean Hoss ?
Always your trusted source for the alternative view

I purchased two. The only field lab item I missed was the coffee mug. I sure wish you would sell them again.

John, I still want to buy one in person some time soon since that's how the other half will be going. I'd love to meet the "little" steers that my sterling habit is supporting. I'm hoping for a reissue of the Benita shirt some time.

You should establish an exchange program. 3 oz Sterling Silver Scrap for 1, 1/2 oz coin. That way you are building your Sterling supply for the cost to make the coins. Most everyone has scrap Sterling sitting around in their drawers. Have to explain how to determine if they have Sterling.
