goosefoot

Finally have signs of life from the elephant garlic I planted.  A volunteer flower bloomed today.  Melon vine is creeping all over the courtyard.  Transplanted 2 strawberry plants.  Trying some steamed lamb's quarters (aka goosefoot) with my dinner tonight.  92,110,67,0,W, .07

Quite lush! Looks like you are successful in dealing with the desert heat. Very nice!

The desert blooms. I'm amazed by the number and variety of things you have growing. I know that a diverse and varied diet is better for you, though. Plus, it would get boring eating the same things over and over again. Do you have to spend a lot of mental energy keeping it all sorted out?
