My buddy Jim has been out for a couple of days to take a break from trucking and get a feel for his new property just SW of me. Chupa was happy to see his Uncle Jim. He got here just in time to experience a real rainstorm. Just after the gusher we got, he discovered a nice waterfall near his building site. That view certainly doesn't suck. 84,90,62,0,B
