Dual GPS

Figured as long as I have two GPS units I might as well use both of them on the Pixhawk controller.  Positioning was a little better with the controller "blending" signals from both units - but still not super precise.  I will settle for now on what I have until I am ready to invest around $500 for a GPS-RTK system.  RTK (Real Time Kinematic Positioning) involves 2 GPS units - one on the rover and one connected to the base station that work together to provide centimeter level positioning!  83,86,67,0,B
