RIP HANNA
My friends Chuck and Aunt Kathy lost one of their dogs last week. Hanna was a great dog and a good friend of mine too. At Chuck's request, I welded up a marker with her name to be embedded in the concrete slab that will mark her final resting spot. It was my pleasure to perform this task. Nice low tech day today helping out a friend. Worked a load of laundry into the mix and that was about it.

break out the umbrella
I am very sorry about Hanna...I know what it is like to lose a beloved pet.
It was very nice of you to have welded her name for her final resting spot.
Be careful what you ask for; you might get it...
Each loss of a loved one (pets included) takes a little of you with it.
Very nice work on the marker.
Hope you get some rain.
I had to put down my dog a few years back. Every now and then I still think I see him out the corner of my eye, waiting for me at the back door of the house while I cook dinner.
Cool grave marker.
All I need is more rain. Maybe the lake bed my land appears to be in will flood and I can buy a boat to get to it instead of a 4x4.
Looks like your going to be able to fill up your tanks..I was going to go to my property this week-end. Think I will delay awhile as I have 2 water crossings..: (
Very sorry to hear about your neighbors loss. I lost 2 dogs last month...one day apart of each other. It was like loosing half of my family within 48 hours. That name marker you welded is really wonderful John...you could easily sell those online.
Keep watching the sky...
