The rainbow picture is awesome, well all the pics are great. I was just thinking earlier today as I was looking at the pic from Aug 29 that those two trusses reminded me of rainbows. And today, there's the photographic proof.Love the moonlight pic. Did you use a long exposure time for that or was the moon just that bright to illuminate the clouds like that? As always when you treat us to photos of your little piece of heaven on earth, thanks for that. I really enjoy them.

Funny y'all are tak'n pics of the moon. Last night I seen the moon com'n up through the mesquite and got to think'n, set up the camera and take a pic of the moon right over that backhoe sit'n out there in the yard. Then I got to think'n, ain't no body gonna look at the moon over a backhoe. Dag nab it, why didn't I take that pic???
They are pretty pictures. So, I'm not going to ask if the moon shot is really the sun with the f-stop cranked way down and the shutter speed tweaked ...My moon shots have never really turned out that great ...
Magnificent photos John! What kind of camera are you using?
